Mock interview is a training exercise that simulates the real-life interaction between you and the hiring manager. It is designed to help you prepare for job interviews by allowing you to practice responses to common interview questions and receive feedback on your performance.
If you are trying to get better at job interviews, the best way to do that is practice. MockMyBest provides job seekers an opportunity to practice, receive feedback and improve their skills. We will help you develop interview strategies, enhance your communication skills, answer challenging questions, and ease the nerves that many experiences before an actual job interview.
Step 1 – Choose a package, reserve a time slot and make a payment. We will send you an email with a Zoom link 24h before the interview.
Step 2 - Conduct the interview online. The interview will be exactly the same as real interviews and will be conducted online via Zoom. At the end of the interview, candidates can share their concerns or questions, so it's a good idea to prepare some questions before the mock interview.
Step 3 - Receive real feedback. At the end the interviewer will provide feedback based on your performance to help you improve.

There is no general answer to this question because the mock interview service is highly customized, so different candidates will receive different feedback. In general, the interviewer will comment on your overall performance. We will start with your strengths and how to elaborate on them. Then we will point out what can be improved and provide advice on how to do so. Within 24 hours, you will receive a report with detailed feedback.
The truth is, you are never going to feel fully prepared. The whole point of a mock interview is to let you 'fail' safely and learn from the 'failure'. A common pattern from our past users is to have multiple mock interviews throughout their preparation: one at the beginning, one in the middle, and one right before the real interview. Having a mock interview early means you still have time to adjust your preparation strategy, while the one before real interviews helps you overcome nervousness.
